Carry cherries: 10 dishes with berries to cook

A MUCH PART OF INSPIRATION AND JOY IN SUMMER – this is abundance in the markets. The season of cherries, raspberries or blueberries, unfortunately, does not last long. We advise you to enjoy it to the maximum and practice cooking dishes with seasonal berries. After all, they serve as a wonderful filling not only for pies, but also for salads or drinks.

Salad with pear, raspberries and nuts

Summer berries go well with fresh herbs. In one salad you can fit all the brightest tastes of the season, experiment and do not be afraid of unexpected combinations.


50 g Romano salad

50 g soft goat cheese

half a glass of raspberries

1 pear

handful of walnuts


50 g spinach

half a glass of raspberries

5 tablespoons of olive oil

3 tablespoons of white vinegar

1.5 tablespoons of honey

salt pepper


Heat the walnuts in a dry pan for two minutes. Transfer to a board and chop.

Add half a glass of raspberries, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper to a blender. Beat until smooth.

Cut the pear into thin slices, mix with Romano and spinach salad leaves.

Pour salad dressing and sprinkle with goat cheese, garnish with whole raspberries

Crostini with strawberries, mango and goat cheese

Slices of toasted bread – a win-win snack at any time of the year. In summer, the ingredients for toast can be fruits, berries, vegetables, and you can combine them with lemonade or chilled wine.



100 g strawberries

1 mango

5 cherry tomatoes

red onion quarter

a bunch of basil

150 g fresh goat cheese

olive oil


Cut the ciabatta into slices, drizzle with olive oil and brown in the oven.

Cut strawberries and mangoes, mix. Cut the tomatoes in half and dice the onions.

Grease the bread with goat cheese, lay out fruits and vegetables, sprinkle with basil.

Berry casserole

You can make such a casserole for breakfast from freshly picked berries – if you are lucky with the cottage or the village. But even in the city there are no obstacles for its preparation, and in the cold season you can use frozen berries for this.


3 cups natural yogurt

600 g of a mixture of berries to taste (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries, lingonberries)

120 g chopped almonds

3 tablespoons oily sour cream

2 eggs

2 tablespoons flour

4 tbsp brown sugar

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

knife baking powder

butter for lubrication


Take a baking dish with a diameter of about 24 centimeters, grease with oil, lay the berries on the bottom (in the case of cherries, you must first remove the seeds).

Combine sour cream, eggs, yogurt, flour, baking powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the berries with this mixture and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Remove the casserole, sprinkle with a mixture of almonds with cinnamon and the remaining sugar and again send to the oven for 7-10 minutes – until golden brown.

Klafuti Cherry
The recipe for this test is universal (and does not contain flour, if it is important), and cherries can be replaced with cherries, raspberries or other berries to taste.


500 g cherries

200 g fat sour cream

4 eggs

100 g sugar

50 g almond powder

50 g of starch

bag of vanilla sugar

baking powder bag


Beat eggs with sour cream. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Combine the dry mixture with the liquid.

Peel the cherries, grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina.

Pour the dough into the baking dish and lay out the berries.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the pie there for 45-50 minutes. 10 minutes before the readiness to cover the clafouti with foil so that the crust does not burn, and the cake itself is baked.

Multi-colored tomato carpaccio with raspberries
This is a very simple recipe, but to taste – real summer in a plate. A few ingredients that are easy to find in the season are good on their own, and in this salad they successfully and beautifully complement each other.


8 tomatoes (4 green and 4 yellow)

100 g raspberries

basil leaves

olive oil

salt pepper


Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin round slices and put on a dish.

Put raspberries on the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil and drizzle with olive oil. To taste, you can add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.

Blueberry galette
The classic format of blueberry pie will not surprise anyone, but leaving the same berry for the filling, you can make a biscuit – it is not only delicious, but can also become a hit on your instagram. Before serving, you can supplement the biscuit with a ball of creamy ice cream.
